Being an ex-franchise owner himself, he understood how difficult it is to run a food business without a skilled chef. At the same time, he is well-aware of the limitations of finding professionally trained culinary talent in smaller cities. So, The Country Wok was built to have a one-packet-one-dish concept, that eliminates the need to employ trained chefs and makes the chain a practical solution for smaller Indian cities.
