Mr. Idli is a pure vegetarian restaurant chain having more than a decade of experience serving authentic, nutritious and contemporary delicacies, be it the fiery chilies from Andhra and Telangana or the subtle spices from Karnataka; the iconic sambar from Tamil Nadu, or the gentle steamed dishes of Kerala – we blend the unique cultures of the southern states to offer you a healthy, wholesome and lip-smacking meal that is authentically South Indian in taste and spirit. Mr. Idli started its first outlet with a small space at Kuvempu Nagara - Mysuru. Our menu is inspired by an age old authentic homely recipes of local Mysore Iyengar’s, Tamil Nadu Brahmin’s and Lingayat influence. The combination of young chefs and expert senior master chefs gave birth to various fusion varieties of South Indian recipes and filled up the gap in the market where the need for new taste and presentation was in demand. We visualised and revamped the complete setup along with the operations in the year 2015 and raised the funds from investors who belived in the vision of the company. We started our first R&D centre and took the help of retired scientists to develop traditional and natural recipes at reasonable cost and thus gained a tremendous comeback with the experience which will surely reach out to be the world’s best brand.
